Mother Spindle Hits Oozefest 2026: 600,000 HP and a Thousand Hungry Kids

The silk woods reached the west fence overnight. I logged in this morning with coffee in one hand and a very sharp axe in the other, and there they were — pale, sticky threads strung between the pines like somebody's worst craft project gone rogue. Mother Spindle is sitting somewhere in the middle of that mess, and between her and my camp stand a thousand of her children. The tailors have been sharpening their shears with a look the elders do not like at all. Honestly? I don't blame the elders one bit. This is the third of five Oozefest bosses, and she is not here to make friends.

The Numbers Don't Lie

Mother Spindle arrived on Wednesday, October 14 at 12:00 AM Eastern and her window slams shut on Monday, October 19 at 11:59 PM. Gourdon and the Bone Broker are both pushing up daisies already, but this spider is a whole different ballgame. At 600,000 HP, she has twice as much health as those two combined. That's not a typo, folks — that's a tall order.

As of my last refresh, she was sitting at 490,444 / 600,000 HP (81.7%). The clock is ticking, so if you've been sitting on the sidelines, now's the time to come out swinging.

What Drops From the Web

Every hit has a chance at a pile of goodies, and I've been farming long enough to know that RNG is a cruel mistress — so bring your A-game and hit often.

On top of that, every swing carries a 3% chance at a bonus Ooze Core. Not bad for a day's work, and the Ooze Core is the kind of thing that makes the whole grind worth it.

The Kill Reward: Spindlesilk Loop

When she finally falls, everyone who hit her walks away with the Spindlesilk Loop. I've seen the stats and I'm already rearranging my whole build around it.

Pro Tip: Candy First, Questions Later

Here's the one bit of advice I'll hand out for free: eat a candy before you swing so you have Sugar Rush going. It's a small thing that adds up fast over a hundred swings. Do it, thank me later.

Mother Spindle is the biggest fight Oozefest has thrown at us so far, and she's not going down to a handful of heroes poking her with sticks. She needs the whole site working together — every hit, every swing, every candy-fueled Sugar Rush. The window closes Monday, October 19 at 11:59 PM, so don't leave it until the last minute and then blame the spider.
